Stage 3 — Employment Tribunal

Employment Tribunal Support & Representation

An Employment Tribunal case is more than a form and a hearing. Good preparation involves understanding the claims, organising the chronology, identifying the relevant evidence, preparing witness evidence and presenting the case clearly.

What the work involves

From claim to hearing

  1. Understanding the claim

Identifying the legal claims that fit the facts, the elements that must be proved and the remedies that may be available.

  2. Building the chronology

A clear, dated sequence of events is the backbone of any case. It shapes the claim, the evidence and the witness statements.

  3. Organising the evidence

Collecting, indexing and prioritising documents so that the important material is easy to find and easy to follow.

  4. Witness preparation

Helping you and any witnesses prepare clear, accurate written statements and understand what giving evidence involves.

  5. Settlement discussions

Settlement can be explored at any stage. We help you assess proposals realistically and negotiate from an informed position.

  6. Preparing for the hearing

Bundles, statements, cross-examination themes and submissions — organised so that the case is presented coherently.

  7. Representation

Representation at preliminary and final hearings where appropriate to the case and agreed in advance.
